Nothing hidden.

Every outcome recorded - including landfill (our last resort).

At ne: junk removal, we believe waste should have a future - not a dead end.

That’s why we’re the first junk removal company in Australia with a live recycling tracker for every item we take away, publicly updated every day.

We recycle, donate and rehome whenever possible, ensuring resources stay in circulation and support both community and environmental outcomes.

Landfill is always our last resort, used only when an item cannot be safely or responsibly reused — and our recycling tracker shows this with complete transparency. No greenwashing. No guessing. Just honest, measurable environmental impact.

Donated

Over 0.24 metres3 removed
since founding date 31st October 2025.

What’s included: Items still in usable condition, such as furniture, household goods, appliances, clothing, and other items suitable for reuse.

Why it matters: Donating extends the life of items, keeps them out of landfill, and supports people in need. Reuse is one of the most effective ways to reduce waste and promote a circular economy.

Our approach: We deliver donated items directly to local charity locations, including The Salvation Army (Salvos), St Vinnies, and ParaQuad, ensuring they reach people and communities who can use them.

Your impact: Every item you donate makes a real difference. Your contributions help families, individuals with disabilities, and local communities, while also reducing waste and supporting a more sustainable WA.

Pre-owned

Over 22.59 metres3 removed
since founding date 31st October 2025.

What’s included: Items that are still in good condition but may not be suitable for donation, such as furniture, appliances, or household goods.

Why it matters: Reselling pre-owned items extends their life, reduces waste, and gives people the chance to access quality products at a lower cost. It’s a key part of building a circular economy.

Our approach: Items collected are carefully sorted and made available through our store and facebook page NE: Thing goes WA, giving them a second life with new owners instead of going to landfill.

Your impact: Every pre-owned item sold helps reduce waste, supports sustainable consumption, and gives useful products a new home, benefiting both the environment and the community.

Metal

Over 4.5 tonnes removed
since founding date 31st October 2025.

What’s included: Steel, aluminum, copper, brass, and other scrap metals.

Why it matters: Metal is 100% recyclable and can be reused endlessly without losing quality. Recycling metal reduces energy consumption, prevents unnecessary mining, and keeps valuable resources out of landfill.

Our approach: We partner with Sims Metal Recycling, one of Australia’s largest metal recyclers, to ensure every kilogram collected is responsibly processed and re-entered into the manufacturing cycle. This partnership guarantees that your recycled metal has a tangible, measurable impact on reducing waste and conserving natural resources.

Your impact: Every kilogram of metal recycled through our service helps create new products—from car parts to building materials—while significantly reducing greenhouse gas emissions. By recycling metal, you’re helping close the loop and supporting a truly circular economy.

Mixed Recycling

Over 9.34 kilos removed
since founding date 31st October 2025.

What’s included: Paper, cardboard, plastics, glass, polystyrene, and tyres.

Why it matters: Recycling mixed materials prevents pollution, reduces landfill, and gives everyday items a second life.

Our approach:

Tyres: Partnering with Rubbergem to recycle and repurpose used tyres.

Cardboard & paper: Processed through Remondis for re-use in new paper products.

Polystyrene: Recycled through Claw to reduce environmental impact.

Your impact: Every bag of mixed recyclables you provide contributes to a circular economy, turning waste into valuable materials and helping create a cleaner WA.

Landfill

Over 8.06 tonnes removed
since founding date 31st October 2025.

What’s included: Items that cannot be recycled or repurposed, such as contaminated materials, broken glass that cannot be processed, or other non-recyclable waste.

Why it matters: Landfill is the last resort for waste, but it still has environmental consequences. Materials in landfill take up space, can produce greenhouse gases, and may leach harmful substances into the soil and water over time.

Our approach: We work to minimise landfill by diverting as much material as possible into our recycling streams and by responsibly managing the waste that must go to landfill. All landfill disposal is done in accordance with strict environmental standards to reduce impact.

Your impact: By properly separating recyclables from landfill, you help reduce overall waste, protect natural resources, and support a cleaner, more sustainable Western Australia. Even unavoidable landfill is carefully managed to minimize environmental harm.
